The companies must exhibit meaningful existing revenue and customer base with substantial growth potential, have attractive unit economics and have a defensible competitive advantage.

We provide both primary and secondary capital to help you accelerate your growth. We back you to run the company and do not demand a board seat. We offer operational guidance and a network as and when required.

FOR INVESTORS

We are highly aligned with our investors and treat our investors money like our own. We provide our investors with timely and transparent reporting at all times.

  • We are private growth investors that require companies to have product market fit and meaningful revenue. This means we typically skew towards Series B and later. However, we do not focus on the label and are more focused on the quality of the company.

  • Yes. We provide both primary and secondary capital. We can do both or one or the other. We do not have a set mandate.

  • Our sweet spot is between $5 - $15m. However, we can invest less or more if required.

  • Profitability at the time of investment is not always required.

    We focus on the quality of the company, growth rates and unit economics. However, we do need to see a clear path to profitability as we do not invest in companies that have significant cash burn for a sustained period of time.

  • We do not have a set sector focus, as we are looking for companies that have large addressable markets.

    We have had strong success in technology, tech enabled services and software.
