Paul has over 27 years’ experience across M&A, strategy, debt and equity structuring and raising, transaction structuring and financial management across early stage, growth stage and mature companies.

He also has a strong track record investing successfully in growth stage companies.

Paul was the CFO at ASX listed Qube Holdings for almost 15 years during which time he was involved in the founding of the company and its subsequent listing on the ASX. During that period, it grew from a $200 million capitalisation to over $6 billion through organic growth and acquisitions. Paul is still involved with Qube in a part-time role where he looks after investor relations, is a member of the Investment Committee, and also provides strategic advice to support major transactions. He has previously worked at Macquarie Bank and Patrick Corporation.
